It is a sinking feeling when you are taking pictures and then your battery dies. I ordered this battery to have an "extra" and I am so glad I did.It also came in a little plastic sleeve to keep in your pocket. At my granddaughter's graduation it happened again, but I was prepared this time.I recommend that anyone who owns an Olympus should have one or two extra rechargeable batteries on hand..
