I bought this to upgrade my 160GB hard drive in my Macbook Pro.I've never installed a hard drive before but am decent with computers.I followed online instructions, and it was very easy. The hard drive is silent.Driver tad faster, it seems. So far no complaints about it.Extra hard drive space of love. .
